Description
10/19/26 - For sale is a Browning Superposed Diana over/under shotgun in 12 gauge, made in 1966 at the FN factory in Belgium. The receiver has an elaborate game scene engraved on all sides: pheasants on the left side, ducks on the right side, and grouse and rabbits on the bottom, with the space between filled with scroll work. The left side is signed "Cortio" by the engraver. There are some specks of old surface rust on the bottom of the trigger guard. The barrels have a nice polished bluing, but there is some finish loss and some scuff marks. The stock and forend are in excellent condition with a shiny varnish, and the checkering on the grip is in good condition. Both bores are bright, but the top barrel chamber has old surface oxidation/rust at the top. The frame, barrel, and forend are matching. The barrels measure 30" in length, and the LOP is 14". The top barrel is a Full choke, and the bottom barrel is an improved modified.
