Very Nice JP Sauer & Sohn Royal Model SxS - 12 Gauge

2/25/25 - For sale is a JP Sauer & Sohn Royal Model side by side shotgun chambered in 12 gauge. The shotgun was made in 1960. The 28" barrel is an excellent blued finish with the receiver having a case colored finish. The receiver is also engraved with ornate patterns. The walnut stock and foreend are in excellent condition and also have skip-lined checkering at the wrist and foreend. The barrels are marked full choke on the one side and the half-choke on the other barrel. Half choke to the European market is equivalent to Half choke (modified) for the US Market. The action has a scalloped box lock with greener cross bolt. The front sight is an ivory bead. The receiver, foreend, and barrel have matching serial numbers.
