Description

3/6/26- For sale is a very nice matched K98 bayonet and scabbard from 1943. The blade is nicely blued with some wear concentrated on the high edges and towards the tip. One side of the blade is stamped with the serial number "7769c" and the other side is stamped with the "43.cvl" manufacturer and year code, which corresponds to WKC in 1943. The wood handle is intact, with light wear and no cracking or chipping. The scabbard has light wear but no serious damage. The scabbard is also marked "7769c" and "43.cl". The leather frog is intact with no tears or damage. Overall in excellent condition.
