2/25/25 - For sale is a Savage No4 Mk1 made in 1942 as Lend Lease aid to the British Commonwealth. The rifle is in great shape with the metal retaining a dark, enamel finish. There are some minor scratches on the finish but no pitting or rust. The wood is in great condition with minor nicks and dings, but has been lightly sanded. The serial numbers are matching on the receiver, bolt, magazine, and forestock. The bore is mirror bright with great rifling. This rifle is not marked for the Mk1* and somehow missed this update.
