9/28/26 - This is a very nice example of a very rare Mauser E/211 Luger tool, most commonly associated with Army and Navy G Date Lugers. The face of the tool bears an Eagle/211 proof mark in very nice condition. The E/211 variation was only produced in 1935. These Mauser Luger tools were made of hardened spring steel. The finish is in very nice condition with most finish loss being present on the high-edges, on the edges of the narrow end of the tool, and on the bottom of the shoulders of the tool. The back of the tool bears some striations running the length of the tool from use, with some finish loss present along these striations and high-edges.
