09/18/26 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made in 1954 chambered in .30-06. The rifle is in excellent condition with a clean phosphate finish on the metal. There are areas of finish wear and some browning from oxidation. The stock is in excelletn condition with a nice dark finish. There are no proof stamps on the wrist or the grip. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The muzzle erosion rating is 2.5 and throat erosion is 2. The rifle is not parts-correct. The op rod is marked NM for National Match made by Remington. The rifle comes with 16 rounds in 2 en blocks.
