4/7/25 - For sale is an M1 Carbine made by Standard Products in 1944. The carbine is in excellent condition overall with a slightly browned parkerized finish on the metal. There are some slight edge wear on the receiver but no pitting. The stock and handguard are in excellent shape. The sling well is stamped "S-HB" which is correct for a Standard Products but the Handguard is "RSG" for Saginaw. The barrel is marked Underwood 3-44. The internal parts are a mixmaster of manufacturers. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The muzzle erosion rates a 2.
