Description
08/13/2024 - For sale is a desirable Swiss K31 rifle made early on in 1935. These rifles would be produced from 1933 to 1958. This rifle is in excellent condition overall for its age and is in "wartime" condition. The K31 is considered the best of the military surplus rifles in the bolt action era with their fantastic accuracy and match-like triggers. The metal retains some of its original bluing but most of it has worn away or begun fading. The rifle is all matching on visible serial numbers including the receiver, bolt, and magazine. The bore is very bright with great rifling but the brightness is fading towards the muzzle. The stock is in good condition and typical of K31s with a worn toe due to Swiss soldiers kicking snow off their boots with the stock. The rifle comes with 40 rounds of PPU 7.5x55 174gr FMJ ammo. There is also a troop tag underneath the buttplate of the soldier it was issued to.Specifications
