Description
7/20/26 - A very nice ZF4 scope on the scarce Walther E/359 mount - the optic built for the G43 and K43, also used on FG42s and compatible with G41s. The scope is maker-marked "dow" for Opticotechna of Czechoslovakia, who produced 50,000 ZF4s - about 40,000 for the Wehrmacht during WWII, with 10,000 later repurposed for the Czech military. Marked "Gw ZF 4" and serialized 6886, with a clear reticle and knobs that function as intended. The scarce Walther E/359 mount is hand-serialized 2477 toward the front of the base. Comes with a period-correct leather and wood lens cover with no rips or tears in the leather or stitching. A proper ZF4 on a Walther mount is the hard half of any G43 sniper build - here it is, ready to go.
