10/27/25 - This is a very nice example of an extremely rare and desirable Krieghoff Luger issued to the Luftwaffe in 1940. One of only about 1,000 produced in 1940, this pistol is all matching and has the proper Krieghoff acceptance proofs throughout. It also comes with one original matching-numbered magazine. It has retained 93-94% of its original high polish bluing with wear on the side plate, on some of the high edges, and around the muzzle. There is a small area of pitting on the left side of the barrel and around the left side of the muzzle. Fitted with correct black bakelite grips. Mint bore. The hold-open does not work properly - likely caused by heavy grease in some of the internals.
