Description
8/6/26 - This is a very nice example of a rare "Black Widow" style Luger magazine. This magazine comes with a black bakelite base plate with a blued metal tube. The finish on this tube is in great condition with minimal finish loss overall. There is a light patina on the exterior of this magazine, and a small spot of surface rust on the right side of the magazine just above the base. There are some hints of high-edge wear near the top of the magazine. The left side of the magazine bears an E/37 proof towards the top of the magazine. Towards the bottom of the magazine on the left side it has the maker's "fxo" code, which was the code associated with G.C. Haenel, and another E/37 proof below that. Towards the back on the bottom left of the magazine is the "P.08" designation. The follower spring within this magazine is tight with strong resistance but maintains smooth travel.
