6/29/21 - This is an excellent example of a very rare Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1938. What makes this one so rare is that is has a serial number below one million with a "p" suffix. They didn't start adding the "p" suffix until the one million serial number and after. There are only 4 guns of this configuration known. This one is all matching, has the proper "Crown N" proofs, and has retained about 97% of its original high polish finish. There is very minor wear on the high edges of the slide near the muzzle, some light handling marks on both straps, and minor wear at the base of the back strap. Comes with excellent grips and a Walther banner-only magazine. Mint bore.
