Description
12/30/24 - This is a terrific example of a rare Ithaca M1911A1 that is dual-marked on both the frame and slide 'M 1911 A1 U.S. Army'. Not only was this originally done in a very small serial range (909,000 to 914,000) but this is the actual, textbook example photographed in Charles Clawson's Colt .45 Service Pistols book (pg. 309). This pistol is in great condition, with only minor high edge wear and a very slight area of discoloration on the front left edge of the slide. Proper HS barrel with minty bore. Excellent grips with no cracks or chips. Risdon magazine.Specifications
