Description

4/3/26 - This is a very rare and early German Military FN Browning High Power with tangent sight and slotted frame. It is perhaps the most desirable and requested Nazi variation High Power. It is hard to estimate exact production totals for this variation as they were completed from a mixture of available parts without serial number continuity, but the total ranges span only about 3,000 digits. This example has pre-invasion Liege proofs on the slide and frame, with the single WaA613 marking on the trigger guard. It has all matching serials with Liege proofs on the barrel. The slot in frame is factory original and the grips have the prewar red paint on the back. The finish is original but does show obvious areas of wear and patina, most notably on the straps and left side of the slide. Magazine marked with an 'A' in a rectangle. Bore shows some use with wear to the rifling and freckling throughout.
