10/29/25- For sale is a Vietnam War era handheld radio. The AN/PRT-4A was part of a set that included a handheld radio and helmet mounted transmitter that allowed commanders in the field to coordinate with their other squads. The radio is made from solid steel construction with a few switches and an extendable antenna. The battery compartment still contains a dead military issue dry battery. There is minor wear and scuffing across the whole item but no serious damage or dents. The small instructional and info labels are fully attached and present. The white paints in the lettering is bright and strong. Overall in good condition.
