Description

5/29/19 - This is an original Vietnam era Helicopter Survival knife. The knife is a multi-tool with a machete-like end (about 10 inches long) and a hooked end, which was used to cut through the metal of a cockpit / canopy in case of a crash / emergency exit. The metal has some light surface rust throughout, but the original finish is mostly in tact and the edges appear only lightly used and some small sharpening. Comes with the original canvas case. The case is excellent with faint ink stamps that we cannot decipher. All original.
