Description
6/10/26 - This is a nice example of a Walther PP that was manufactured in 1941 and issued to the German military. All matching, "Eagle N" proofed, and has the proper "Waffen 359" military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. This particular gun was likely issued to the Luftwaffe, falling squarely within a known block of other known Luftwaffe examples, and it has an original high polish finish (a known trait of Luftwaffe-contract guns). It has retained about 90% of its original bluing. The majority of the wear is on the grip straps (where there is noticeable dulling), but there is also general high edge / muzzle wear, and a few light surface scratches on the slide. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with a scarce, late-war, phosphate, "W" marked magazine. Mint bore.
