Description
9/1/26 - This is a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1944, likely an officer. All matching with the proper "Waffen 359" military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. It comes as a rig with a post-war magazine (a mismatched electro-pencil number on the tube), a pre-war magazine for a PPK (not for a PP), and a period-correct and generic un-marked tan leather holster. The gun has lost most of its original finish with fairly even wear throughout and some areas of pin-pricking and brown patina here and there. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips - a couple of expansion/contraction cracks on both sides. Excellent, shiny bore.
