Description
12/31/20 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PPK issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is known as a first variation, characterized by "Eagle 359" proofs and a high polish finish. This is the rarest of the military variations, as only about 3,000 of them were made. This one is all matching and has retained about 92-93% of its original finish. There are areas of wear on the front strap, around the muzzle and along the right side of the slide. There is some spotty oxidation on the slide and front strap. It comes with an excellent brown grip and a Walther banner magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling, just a few areas of minor freckling.Specifications
