Description
9/1/26 - This is a Third Variation Walther Model 5, manufactured in about 1922-23 and chambered in 6.35mm or .25 ACP. It is all matching and "Crown N" proofed. There is a "605" number on the right side of the trigger guard - we're not sure of the significance. The metal is entirely unfinished - likely intentionally removed at some point. There is obvious spotty oxidation throughout with a few small areas of light pitting. Fitted with period-correct hard rubber grips and comes with one magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable pitting throughout.
