Description
9/1/26 - This is a Type II Walther Model 9 from 1924-34. All matching and "Crown N" proofed. There is an unknown marking at the base of the back strap that appears to be a "Script JC" - we're not sure of the significance. It has retained roughly 65% of its original finish. There is general spotty finish loss throughout with some very light pin-pricking/frosting on the right side of the slide. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout. Comes with one proper magazine - the base has been ground and heavy buffed/polished.
