Description

6/29/22 - This is a nice example of a Walther PP that issued to the Reichs Finance Bureau in 1942. The pistol is matching and original with maybe 90% of the military blue remaining, though this one was a little tough to rate. There is some general thinning and patina along the left side of the slide, and some more wear on the back strap. The bore is generally shiny with good rifling but does show some minor smoothing from use. Wartime magazine has some dings/scratches on the baseplate. Excellent, original grips. Back strap is marked 'R.F.V. 21922 W'.
