5/26/26 - This is an example of a Walther PPK issued to the Nazi police force in 1939. The gun is all matching and has the proper police "Eagle C" marking on the left side of the frame. Fitted with a correct brown grip. The slide on the gun has been refinished at some point. The frame has its original finish and shows thinning on the front strap and shows some finish loss on the upper part of the trigger. Nice bright bore with strong rifling but there is frosting throughout. Comes with an early Walther banner-only magazine in which the banner is upside down. The gun comes with a post-war shoulder holster (missing shoulder straps) that has a period correct belt clip marked D.R.G.M.
