Description
6/5/26 - This is a Weimar-Era Mauser Model 1914 issued to the German police force. It is all matching, "Double Crown U" proofed, and has an "S.P.C." unit marking on the front strap. It comes with two matching police arsenal-numbered magazines. The mags are slightly different, but police arsenals often used whatever was available. The gun has retained roughly 85% of its original bluing. The wear is concentrated on the front strap, around the muzzle, and at the back of the slide. There is also some spotty patina on the front strap. Fitted with a period-correct wood grip - some streaks of discoloration on the spine and right side. Very nice bore with great rifling.
