4/15/25 - For sale is a Winchester M1 Carbine that was Issued to the Bavarian State Police after WW2. The rifle has been lightly reworked by the police and has a matching serial number added to the bolt, stock, and handguard. The metal has a darkened parkerized finish with edge wear. The barrel is properly marked W for Winchester. Nearly all the parts are Winchester but the magazine release and recoil plate. The stock has plenty of handling marks, there is a W in the sling well and a serial number stamped. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The Muzzle erosion rates a 2. The receiver is marked "Bavarian State Police" and the trigger guard has "LGKT" stamped.
