Description
10/09/26 - This is a classic Winchester Model 61 slide-action rifle chambered in .22 Short, Long, and Long Rifle made in 1949. The rifle has an excellent aging blued finish. The receiver has light edge wear, and the barrel has some patches of surface frosting over from oxidation. The stock and forend are in great shape with no cracks or breaks. There is light handling wear, and the forend has some scuffing on the bottom. The bore is a 9/10, bright with strong rifling. One of Winchester's most beloved slide-action .22s, made during the golden era of American sporting rifles.
