Description
9/24/26 - This is an excellent example of a WW2 Remington Rand Model 1911A1, sold to the public through the CMP Program. It comes with its CMP hard case, owners manual, one WW2-era "R" marked magazine, and one more modern magazine. The frame was made by Remington Rand in 1943. The slide is also Remington Rand but is scarce, earlier 2nd variant. More modern replacement barrel. The finish rates about 97% with just hints of high edge wear, some light spotty wear on the front strap, and some small scratches and marks here and there. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Mint bore.
