Description
9/18/26 - For sale is a two-tone Colt 1911 magazine. The two tone magazines were a result of the bluing process used early in the 1911 manufacturing cycle. The two tone pattern was abandoned by WW2 when chemical and metallurgical processes improved. The magazine has some patina on the spine and a few small freckles on the baseplate. There are some light wear lines present primarily along the front edge of the magazine, as well as some on the spine towards the bottom of the magazine. There are no noticeable markings on the magazine. The follower has smooth travel throughout the tube with a strong but responsive spring. Overall in very good condition.
