Description
11/3/26 - For sale is a WWII era black pebble grain holster for a 7.65mm pocket pistol, made in Wien (Vienna), Austria. Pebble grain leather was used heavily on German holsters during the war, and after Austria was annexed into the Reich in 1938, Viennese leather makers also produced holsters and equipment for German forces. Black pebble grain holsters like this one were carried with the popular 7.65mm (.32 ACP) pistols issued to officers, police, and other personnel. This holster has a flap with a stud closure and a spare magazine pouch along the front edge, with a belt loop on the back. The back is stamped with a faint oval maker's stamp with "WIEN" in the center. The holster is in minty condition with just some high edge wear here and there. The leather is soft and pliable, and there are no stitching issues. A great-looking, near-new holster to pair with a wartime 7.65mm pistol.
