03/04/2024 - For sale is a German K98k that was captured and reworked by Yugoslavia during or after WW2. The Yugoslavians had a stockpile of parts and rifles and began refurbishing and reassembling them. This rifle has lost most of its original bluing and is down to almost bare metal but is free of any rust or pitting. The wood furniture is in good shape free of cracks or breaks. There is a patch repair on the left side of the stock. The rifle has mismatched serials throughout. There are still pockets of cosmoline throughout this rifle.
