Description

1/7/25 - This is a really good example of a German M40 helmet with a single decal. This helmet maintains almost all of its original finish, but does have areas of finish loss and patina throughout. This helmet still has its original liner as well as its leather chinstrap. The decal on this helmet is still present but the majority of the body of the eagle is gone. The leather liner is in good overall condition but does have some cracking and abrasion damage. Both of which are common on these liners and are in areas associated with use.
