2/25/25 - This is a good example of a Rare WW1 Snail Drum Magazine Cover. These covers were often thrown out during the war, and were often destroyed from the horrors of battle. As a result these covers are rare and very hard to come by. The fabric on this holster is in very good condition and the leather is still intact. The leather is starting to go stiff with age and has some cracking. The metal buckles on this covers do have rust on them, but are complete.
