SOLD - M42 German Helmet - No Decal

3/22/23 - This is an excellent condition M42 German Army Helmet from late WW2 with no exterior decals. The shell has mild surface patina and some scuffs around the crown, but there are no dents or major issues and most of the original dark grey/green colored paint is still intact. The interior shell is maker and size stamped, "EF 66" on the back brim, along with a lot number, "_466" with the first letter or digit being difficult to decipher from a poorly struck stamp. These are all features of a late-war production helmet. The metal liner band is RBNr. stamped with a 1943 date and all of the rivets are tight and appear unaltered. The leather liner is ink stamped size "58" and is in near-excellent condition. The leather chinstrap is in excellent condition and '44 date stamped.
