Description

3/28/23 - This is an original Western G46-8 military fighting / utility knife. The G46-8 was a larger size (8 inch blade) fighting knife that Western developed during WW2. The blade features a nice high polish blued finish that's still in great shape. There's some mild finish loss on the edge of the groove, and most of the wear is near the tip and edge of the blade. Some light signs of sharpening and use. The leather handle is in great shape with mild aging wear. Nice early red and black spacers. Comes with an unmarked leather sheath.
