3/3/25 - This is a fair example of a WW2 U.S. M1 Helmet Liner made by the Westinghouse Electric Company. This liner is in fair condition, and has been repainted. There are some light nicks to the edge of the liner. Additionally the suspension webbing inside the liner is no longer present. Interestingly this liner has been identified to the soldier, due to them writing their name in the inside. The inside of the liner is marked with the name "Wayne C. Proffitt.Specifications
