Description
6/17/25 - This is a rare and desirable Colt Cavalry Single Action Army revolver from 1891. The gun is mismatched, "US" Property marked on the frame, and has mixed martial markings throughout (even visible on the bottom edge of the left grip panel). There is a military cartouche on the right grip panel but appears reapplied. This gun is in very nice condition for its age (better than most) with nice bluing on the barrel and cylinder, but we bluing on the grip straps and trigger guard appears refinished. The case hardening on the frame is mostly worn but still visible in some of the crevices. Fully functional with all four "clicks". Excellent bore with great rifling. No FFL required.
