WW1 Mauser Rifle Bayonet - Imperial

6/28/18 - This is a large, original WW1 rifle bayonet made by Mauser. The blade is serial numbered 4145 and maker stamped on one side. The blade is 1.25 inches wide at the widest point and 14.5 inches long. The blade has light spotty discoloration throughout but overall is in great condition. The handle is excellent and there's an imperial proof stamp at the top of the handle near the button. The scabbard has surface pitting that doesn't go very deep, and discoloration. Leather frog is in tact. Overall a very nice piece considering its' age. Overall length is about 20.25 inches. Guaranteed original.
