Description

7/11/19 - This is an original WWI production trench fighting knife. The hand guard is maker stamped by L.F. & C. and 1917 dated. The wood handle has no cracks or chips. There is a light layer of rust throughout the knuckle guard and interior of the handguard. The blade still has about 50% bluing with patina , light pitting, and discoloration throughout. There's a small chip at the tip of the blade as well. Overall a very cool piece of history priced to sell !
