SOLD - M40 German Army Helmet - Named

Description

8/1/22 - This is an original German M40 Army helmet from WW2. The helmet is a large size, stamped "ET68" on the interior shell. The interior shell also has a serial number and is named by a German in white paint, as shown. The helmet shell is in great condition with no dents. There's dark surface patina throughout the shell as well as scuffing and general aging wear throughout. The left ear army decal is in great condition and about 75-80% intact. The interior leather liner is worn and there's deterioration throughout as well as cracking and areas of missing leather. The chinstrap is original and still attached. The liner band and rivets are intact and in great shape.
