Description
9/20/24 - This is an excellent example of a Franklin Mint replica Patton revolver toy gun. This toy gun is in excellent condition and features an engraved nickel body and faux ivory grips with an inlaid golden eagle medallion. The left grip panel features a carved eagle along with the two notches Patton had in his original revolver. The right grip panel features George Patton's monogram, "GSP". The real life version of this gun is currently on display at the General Patton Museum in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Patton was famous for carrying both the real version of this revolver as well as an ivory gripped Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum. This toy gun features a cocking hammer as well as a functioning trigger, revolving cylinder and a working ejector rod. The barrel and the cylinder are both blocked and making sure this toy gun could never be accidentally loaded with live ammunition.Specifications
