SOLD - Winchester Trench Shotgun Bayonet (100423-9)

10/9/23 - This is a rare, desirable WW1 era Winchester Trench Shotgun bayonet. The bayonet is in very good overall condition, with some honest wear and dark surface patina throughout the blade. The blade measures just under 17 inches long, and is stamped with a "W" Winchester logo on one side of the base. Some collectors believe the lack of other markings or proofs makes this example more of a pure Trench Shotgun bayonet, but we were unable to verify this information. The blade has no signs of sharpening. The wood handle has a few light cracks but is in good condition overall. Comes with a period correct scabbard in very good overall condition.
