Description

4/26/22 - This is an original Colt M1917 revolver and holster that were issued to the US Army. The finish rates at about 80% with notable patches of finish loss on the cylinder, both sides of the barrel, and the grip frame. The original, matching grips are present. They are in very good shape aside from a large divot on the left panel. Smooth action and excellent bore. Barrel is marked UNITED STATES PROPERTY. Serial dates the revolver to 1919. The holster is in good condition but the top flap does show some wear and flaking. Back is 1917 dated and G&K maker marked.
