11/4/24 - This is a great example of a WW2 MG42 Parts Kit. This kit includes the front half of the MG42, 1 barrel, top cover, recoil spring, charging handle, bolt, feed tray, dust cover, and recuperator assembly. This kit does not include the trigger group. There is light surface oxidation on the shroud of the kit. The barrel in this kit is in excellent condition and the bore is a 10/10. The barrel is marked "CYW" and "CRA" as well as Waffen 11. The barrel shroud is stamped "BPR" as well as waffen stamped. The barrel shroud does have the original bipod attached. The feet of the bipod do have oxidation on them. Overall the condition of this kit is in great condition and would make a great project for someone who wants parts of an original German MG42.
