Description
5/4/22 - This is an original, early variation Police helmet from WW2. The helmet was at first a Fireman's helmet, but the comb was later plugged and the helmet was converted for police use. Notice the early decals on the exterior, and how they're both rotated slightly. This variation of decal was only used in 1933, making this a very cool, early piece of German WW2 history. Both decals are in great condition with some minor wear. The exterior shell has no dents and is in great shape. The exterior also features early style "3D" protruding vent holes. The interior leather liner is still in tact and original. There's scuffing and surface wear throughout but no major damage. The chin strap leather is broken, but still included and attached to the helmet.Specifications
