Description

7/20/22 - This is a very nice example of a Frommer Stop manufactured in 1916-17. It is all matching, has no proof markings, but does have a "K.B. 645" police unit marking on the back strap. It also comes with a very nice Nazi-era police holster. From research, this is particular gun is the only confirmed police-issued gun. It is likely this gun was issued to the Weimar-era and Nazi-era German police force. It has retained about 93% of its original bluing. There is light spotty wear and some tiny scratches along both sides of the slide. Comes with fairly worn period-correct wood grips and two proper magazines. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with pin-pricking throughout.
