Description
10/5/21 - This is an excellent example of a straight-line AC 43 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs. The proofs on the right side of the slide are out of order and have unusual spacing - the first and second proofs are actually even overlapping a little bit. This a very interesting factory mistake. The gun is in excellent condition, retaining about 94-95% of its bluing. There is thinning and minor spotty patina on the front strap. There are hints of wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. A few small spots of wear on the barrel. A few very light scratches on the right side of the slide. Comes with nice black baklite grips that look like they've been cut down. There is also a circular scuff on the left panel. Also comes with a period-correct Walther magazine. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional.Specifications
