Description

11/16/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. The gun is in excellent condition, retaining about 94-95% of its original wartime finish. There is minor wear concentrated around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. There are a couple of areas of very minor wear on the left side of the barrel and right side of the slide. There are some tiny dots of discoloration on the left side of the slide. Comes with excellent period-correct reddish grips and a period-correct Mauser magazine. The bore is very nice - strong rifling with some small areas of very minor freckling. The de-cocker is functional.
