1/12/22 - This is a very nice example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. The gun has been buffed and refinished. It appears there was an additional marking on the left side of the frame that has been peened. The gun has retained about 97% of its new bluing. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are areas of pin-pricking that have been blued-over on the left side of the slide. Minor freckling on the right side of the slide and on the front strap. Comes with nice bakelite grips and a period-correct Walther magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pitting in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
