Description
2/22/22 - This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Model 1905 revolver, chambered in .38 Special. It was likely made in the 1930's. It is all matching, has a 6 inch barrel, and has a nickel-plated finish. It has retained about 96% of its finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the butt of the frame, where there are visible machining marks. There is also a light roll mark on the cylinder and areas of tiny freckling on both sides of the frame and on the barrel. Tiny micro-scratches in the finish throughout. Comes with excellent S&W wood grips. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and areas of very minor freckling here and there. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth.Specifications
