SOLD - 1900 Krag Bowie Bayonet with Scabbard

1/7/20 - This is an ultra rare Krag 1900 Bowie Bayonet. These are very hard to find, and nearly impossible to find with a scabbard like this one has. The bowie bayonet was produced in 1900 with the idea to have dual use as both a brush clearing knife and a bayonet. The 9 inch blade has some oxidation and signs of use but is in good overall condition. Great condition considering its' age! The wood handle is original and in great shape as well. Please see photos. The scabbard is unmarked but has a few areas of rust colored patina and some pitting on the front. The swivel is tight but still functional and move-able. All original and authentic. Priced to sell, as we've seen these go for $2k without the scabbard.
